Rotary Meeting Attendance and Make Up Information
1. A make-up can be done at any other Rotary Club meeting world wide, or by working/attending a Rotary Club activity (ie. LPGA, Diven School, Community Kitchen, Club Assemblies).
2. The make-up information must be received within 2 weeks (before or
after) the missed meeting date to which it will be applied. For example, a make-up for a meeting missed on August 14 would have to take place between July 31 and August 28.
3. The following information needs to be given to the Secretary - preferably by e-mail, but at meetings is OK. There is now a form on our website which can also be used to submit the information:
~ Meeting location or event/activity of the make-up ~ Date of make-up ~ Date of missed meeting to which the make-up should be applied
4. If a make-up is sent in after the 2-week window, it can still be applied to your attendance record internally and count towards Perfect Attendance, but it will not count in the attendance report to the Rotary District for our club.
5. Perfect Attendance will be awarded to those members who have attended every meeting or has a make-up for every missed meeting, within 1 year. While every effort should be made to submit your make- up information throughout the year, if a member has make-ups that have not been reported, and feels that they have perfect attendance with those make-ups, they can receive the award by contacting the Secretary at the end of the year.
